All the values, beliefs, attitudes, and behaviors that characterize how we interact with each other. It’s the way we communicate, work, and use our tools. The way we do things here.
Having a strong culture creates alignment and cohesion. It makes us all row in the same direction. It eliminates friction. It makes us win.

Culture is essential for our success. And we need to do our best to preserve it. Letting our culture become weak will make us weak. Watering it down as we grow would mean we’re forgetting what brought us here. Our standards would drop, and we would become replaceable.
We should be afraid of this.
To keep winning in the future, we all need to play an active role in building (and preserving) our culture. This includes you, me, and every other person at the company.
